Perfect for reception desks, foyers, atriums, display pieces, windowed rooms, and executive suites.
The name Lucky Bamboo is misleading, as this popular indoor plant is not a bamboo at all. Native to Africa, this species of Dracaena also goes by the name Ribbon Plant and Water Bamboo, and is marketed as an auspicious addition to fengshui interiors. It grows well with bright indirect light, and can reach up to 3 feet in height as a potted office plant. Lucky Bamboo may also be displayed in water, so long as the water is changed frequently to prevent rot. You can find these plants in garden stores as single stalks or bouquets, growing straight upright or styled in decorative spirals and lattices.
